Student exchange

Study in Lund through our exchange programs

The Department of Gender Studies welcomes exchange students at the undergraduate and graduate level. We offer courses in English and also cooperate with the Faculty of Social Sciences in a international master's program as well as in giving graduate level courses.

Students walking in Lund

If you are a student from the Nordic countries you generally apply for Swedish higher education (courses and programs) through www.antagning.se.

If you are currently a student at another university in or outside Europe you might be able to apply for a semester as an exchange student at Lund University. To come to Lund as an exchange student, your home university must have a formal agreement for exchange studies with Lund University. The agreement can be specific to a faculty or department or it can be a university-wide agreement. Check with the International Office at your university to see if there is an agreement with Lund University.

The Department of Gender Studies collaborates with universities in Berlin, Germany, Utrecht, Netherlands and Lodz, Poland in student and staff exchange, but our courses has students from all over the world.

Read more about your possibilities for student exchange on the university international website. You can also find information at the Faculty of Social Sciences website.

If yoy have specific questions about Gender Studies, please do not hesitate to contact our international coordinator.
