Abstract: Linnaeus-Palme is an international exchange program whose objective is to stimulate collaboration between universities and colleges in Sweden and developing countries. The program provides the opportunity for exchange of teachers and students, both at the undergratuate and graduate level. Currently the program is its first phase (teachers’ exchange).
