Ongoing Research and Teaching
I’m currently doing research in the project “Panopticon in the Urinal”, that deals with the so-called Homosex commission in Stockholm and the surveillance of urban homosexuality in primarily the 1950s. I’m also PI in the project “Governing the Pleasurescape”, that will deal with the urban governance of illicit pleasures in Copenhagen at the turn of the last century.
My teaching is focused on the history of gender and sexuality and on archival work.
