Gender, justice and social change in the global south
The department has a successful research environment covering gender and global power relations. Research projects conducted here pose questions about how people’s lives and everyday conditions are affected by experiences of factors such as colonialism and post-colonialism, war, peace processes and climate change. The environment is characterised by close international collaborations that generate fruitful results.
